Jennifer Auger

MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Jennifer Auger, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Jenny graduated with her nursing degree in 2016 and practiced as a Registered Nurse in Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, and Preoperative Care. Jenny became a Nurse Practitioner in 2022 and has worked in Surgery and Family Medicine. She finds great value in educating patients and working with patients as partners in their care. Jenny enjoys working with patients of all ages and looks forward to providing care to you and your family.

Carrie Hinton

APRN, FNP-BC

Carrie Hinton, APRN-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner.  Carrie was a registered nurse for over 20 years, originally working in orthopaedics and then management in the hospital setting. She became a nurse practitioner in 2005 and has worked in indigent care, behavioral health, substance abuse and family practice settings serving patients and families across the lifespan. She enjoys traveling, camping and other lake related activities with her family.

Keith Kirbow

APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Keith Kirbow, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner board certified in Family and Psychiatric Mental Health. Keith has been in nursing for over 20 years, originally working in Critical Care and Surgical Nursing. Keith’s other experience includes Nursing leadership in the hospital setting. Keith became a nurse practitioner several years ago and has worked in rural settings providing medical and behavioral healthcare, serving patients and families across the lifespan.

Jean Davi Andre Pellegalle

APRN, MSN, FNP-C

Jean Davi Andre Pellegalle APRN, MSN, FNP-C, is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner who specializes in family and primary care. He received his master’s degree as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at the University of Texas at Arlington with a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner. The care population includes the entire life span, from newborn through geriatrics. Davi has spent his earlier career as a bedside registered nurse and charge nurse in a telemetry unit caring for acute care patients. He has seized the chance to advance his career by serving the nearby underserved and underinsured local communities in hopes of making a difference in people’s lives. Davi has recently taken further steps toward obtaining his certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to better serve the population he is currently encircled by at Community Healthcore.  He enjoys the opportunity to learn more and to share what he has learned with his patients and colleagues.

Kimberly L Mabry-Paroline

APRN, FNP-C

Kimberly L. Mabry-Paroline, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, BSIS is a Nurse Practitioner board certified in Family and Psychiatric Mental Health, and additionally trained in advanced women’s health. Kimberly has been in nursing since 2005, originally working in Hemodialysis, Critical Care, Men’s health, and Medical Surgical Nursing, as well as serving as an leader, educator and preceptor.  Kimberly has also been involved in advanced training in multiple modalities to meet the needs of the unique clientele we serve within our community.   Kim became a nurse practitioner several years ago and has worked in rural settings providing medical and behavioral healthcare, serving and caring for patients and families across the lifespan.

Natalie Cooper

APRN, FNP-C

Natalie Cooper APRN, FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner board certified in Family Practice. Natalie has been a nurse for 7 years and a Nurse Practitioner for 4 years. Natalie has experience in step-down care in the hospital, ophthalmology, long term care, and urgent care. Natalie has experience caring for patients across the lifespan and looks forward to serving the community of Clarksville.

Stacey Ervin

APRN, FNP-C

Stacey Ervin was born in Texarkana, Texas and received her Associate Degree in Nursing in 1996 from Texarkana College, Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2004 from University of Texas-Tyler and Masters of Science in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2004 from Texas Tech University. She is board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 2004. Stacey has practiced in Clarksville and Texarkana, Texas area since graduation with a specialization in Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. She is currently pursuing her certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Stacey has been a lifelong resident of Avery, Texas with her two children. She enjoys outdoor activities and cooking and entertaining family and friends.

Delisa Brooks

APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Delisa Brooks is a dual certified family practice and mental health nurse practitioner. She utilizes both family and mental health education background to meet patients’ needs with a holistic model, addressing physical, emotional, mental, social, and environmental influences that affect health. She establishes a healthcare partnership which considers all the patient’s needs and circumstances to help people regain and maintain optimum health.
