How long we retain your data

Stacey Ervin

APRN, FNP-C

Stacey Ervin was born in Texarkana, Texas and received her Associate Degree in Nursing in 1996 from Texarkana College, Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2004 from University of Texas-Tyler and Masters of Science in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2004 from Texas Tech University. She is board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 2004. Stacey has practiced in Clarksville and Texarkana, Texas area since graduation with a specialization in Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. She is currently pursuing her certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Stacey has been a lifelong resident of Avery, Texas with her two children. She enjoys outdoor activities and cooking and entertaining family and friends.

Kelley Thurston

RN, BSN

Kelley Thurston, BSN-RN, was born in South Texas, but has called East Texas home for the last 18 years and now serves as the Care Team Manager for the Longview clinic. She is a Registered Nurse who received her Associate’s degree from Kilgore College in 2011, followed by her Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana State University- Alexandria and is now currently enrolled at the University of Texas- Arlington to obtain her Master’s degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kelley has many years of nursing experience in mental health, substance abuse, and community health nursing; for which she has a passion. She has served as a charge nurse and house supervisor at mental health facilities in the area. Away from work, Kelley’s time is spent completing school work and spending time with her family. Her husband and four kids keep her time filled with football, basketball, and softball games and practices. Kelley strives to support her clinic, staff and patients by maintaining an efficient and professional environment.

Brittany Brooks

RN

Brittany Brooks, RN is from Mississippi but has lived in the east Texas area since 2013 where she began her nursing career. Most of her career has been spent in behavioral health functioning in various rolls from charge nurse to admissions and triage. She now serves as the Care Team manager for the Texarkana and Clarksville Core Health clinics. Brittany is married and has two young children. She enjoys spending her spare time with her family and aspires to not only lead her boys but her clinics well.

Keith Kirbow

APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Keith Kirbow, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner board certified in Family and Psychiatric Mental Health. Keith has been in nursing for over 20 years, originally working in Critical Care and Surgical Nursing. Keith’s other experience includes Nursing leadership in the hospital setting. Keith became a nurse practitioner several years ago and has worked in rural settings providing medical and behavioral healthcare, serving patients and families across the lifespan.

Delisa Brooks

APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Delisa Brooks is a dual certified family practice and mental health nurse practitioner. She utilizes both family and mental health education background to meet patients’ needs with a holistic model, addressing physical, emotional, mental, social, and environmental influences that affect health. She establishes a healthcare partnership which considers all the patient’s needs and circumstances to help people regain and maintain optimum health.

Taylor Richardson

PA-C

Taylor Richardson, PA-C was raised in East Texas and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. She obtained her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. Taylor has previous experience in pediatrics and urgent care before practicing in primary care. Outside of practicing medicine, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and daughter, playing tennis, baking, and spending time outdoors. She aims to build meaningful bonds with her patients as she works towards keeping them healthy and well.

Carrie Hinton

APRN, FNP-BC

Carrie Hinton, APRN-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner.  Carrie was a registered nurse for over 20 years, originally working in orthopaedics and then management in the hospital setting. She became a nurse practitioner in 2005 and has worked in indigent care, behavioral health, substance abuse and family practice settings serving patients and families across the lifespan. She enjoys traveling, camping and other lake related activities with her family.

Jean Davi Andra Pellegalle

APRN, FNP-C

Jean Davi Andre Pellegalle was born and raised in East Texas, He is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner who specializes in family and primary care. He received his master’s degree as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at the University of Texas at Arlington with specialty as Family Nurse Practitioner. Care population includes the entire life span, from newborn through geriatrics. He has spent his earlier career of 12 years as a bedside registered nurse and charge nurse in a telemetry unit caring for acute care patients. He has seized the opportunity to advance his career and serve one of his nearby local communities that is underserved and under insured. Outside of practicing, Jean also enjoys honey do projects for his wife of 26 years. Having two children and one grandchild. Jean enjoys fishing, drawing with pastels, graphite, charcoal and many other mediums but more recently has found a new profound interest in repurposing pallet wood.
